1. Who we are. These services are provided by GPT Shop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15766335), registered office Goodison, Middleton, Winterslow, Salisbury SP5 1QR. Contact: hello@gptshopltd.com.
2. The service. An Operator Briefing is a 60-minute video call plus a one-page written follow-up note. An Operator Deep-Dive is two 60-minute sessions plus a written memo of 4 to 6 pages, delivered within 5 UK business days of the second session.
3. Scheduling. We will contact you within one UK business day of payment to agree a time. Either party may reschedule once with 24 hours' notice.
4. Refunds. If we cannot schedule your session within 10 business days of payment, you get a full refund. If you tell us within 48 hours of a Briefing that it was not useful, we will refund it in full. If you cancel a Deep-Dive before the first session, you get a full refund. After that, refunds are pro rata for undelivered work.
5. Confidentiality and information barriers. We do not disclose confidential or material non-public information about any current or former employer, or any other company, and you agree not to ask us to. Sessions draw on general operating experience and publicly available information. We keep the information you share confidential and will sign a reasonable mutual NDA on request.
6. No advice. Sessions are for information only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
7. Liability. Our total liability for any session is limited to the fee paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Data. We use your name, email, company and billing details only to deliver and invoice the service. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@gptshopltd.com.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
